Meeting Room Vélez de Larrea
It is perfect for medium-size meetings. Like the rest of the halls in the Palacio Urgoiti Hotel, this is a spacious space of 67 sqm with natural light and outdoor direct access.
Thanks to its dimensions, it can be easily organized with a U-shape layout and with working tables.
Meeting Room Zubieta
It is a 68 sqm Hall with large windows and terrace that is perfect for group dynamics where to combine indoor and outdoor spaces thanks to its private terrace
Meeting Room Adan de Yarza
It is a very spacious hall that can host a great number of guests in theatre or school layouts. It also receives natural light and has access to the terrace.
Meeting Room Urgoiti
Its 200 square meters offer countless possibilities for large gatherings and events. Since it is a multifunctional room, different formats can be adapted meeting every need (conferences, courses, coaching…). With a size of 200 sqm and direct outside access, it has capacity for 170 people in a theatre layout.
Meeting Room Arbelaiz
With two ambiences makes it perfect for medium meetings. It has also privet terace to have the coffe break
Our guests may choose between different Coffee Breaks, with coffee Nespresso, infusions, natural juices, water and soft drinks, homemade sweet and/or salty snacks.
It can be served in our main hall, with direct exit to the main terrace, in order to make a real “break”; or within the same hall, if the meeting is not to be interrupted.
It is a modern informal way to enjoy a working meal. Since people do not sit, they interact and this is a perfect opportunity to build contacts and get to know all the other guests.
It is served in a private room and, since there are no waiters, the feeling of privacy is increased, which enhances exchanges and confidence.
Brunches may be also served at the main terrace of the Urgoiti Palace in clear days.
